What we clear
- Kitchen sink clogs from grease and food waste
- Slow bathroom sinks, showers and tubs (hair and soap build-up)
- Toilet clogs and toilets that clog over and over
- Main sewer line backups
- Laundry and floor drains
When it’s more than one drain
If several fixtures are slow at once, the toilet gurgles when the washer drains, or water comes up in a basement floor drain, the problem is usually in the main line, not the fixture. That needs a cable machine on the main, not more drain cleaner.
Please skip the chemical drain cleaners
Store-bought drain chemicals rarely clear a real blockage, can damage older pipes, and make the job dangerous for whoever opens the line next. If a plunger doesn’t fix it, call.
Common questions
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Repeat clogs usually mean build-up deeper in the line, a sagging or damaged pipe, or a venting problem. MJ looks for the cause rather than just poking a hole through the clog.
Is a main line backup an emergency?
If sewage is coming up in a tub, shower or floor drain, stop using water in the house and call right away: 667-371-1242.
Do you clean drains in older homes?
Yes. Older cast-iron and galvanized drains need careful handling, and MJ will tell you if a section of pipe is near the end of its life.
